Job Description:
As an Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative, you’ll work on the
front lines of one of the region’s most competitive
telecommunications sales initiatives. Whether you’re helping
business owners upgrade to fiber internet, streamlining their
wireless plans, or guiding them through service options, you’ll
play a key role in expanding AT&T’s presence while gaining
hands-on experience in sales strategy, customer engagement, and B2B
marketing. No experience in telecom? No problem. We offer hands-on
support, team mentorship, and the kind of environment where hard
work pays off—fast. In this role, you’ll: Visit businesses in your
assigned territory to introduce AT&T fiber, wireless, and voice
services Learn how to identify decision-makers and start
high-impact sales conversations Ask the right questions to uncover
pain points and offer targeted solutions Pass qualified leads to
senior account reps and support the sales process Track your
outreach, update CRM records, and participate in daily team
strategy meetings Learn about new product launches, market trends,
and competitor activity to stay sharp
