Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in innovative
security solutions, is seeking a dynamic Account Executive in Core
Commercial Sales to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on
expanding our footprint in commercial security by combining deep
industry knowledge with exceptional customer service skills. You
will be responsible for developing tailored security solutions that
address the specific needs of each client while positioning
Securitas as the partner of choice for security services. Identify
and cultivate new business opportunities within the commercial
sector. Develop and present customized security solutions that meet
client-specific requirements. Manage the entire sales cycle from
prospecting to closure and follow-up. Maintain strong relationships
with existing clients and leverage opportunities for additional
services. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall
revenue growth of the company. Stay updated on market trends and
competitor activities to ensure competitiveness. Proven ability to
negotiate and close deals. Strong understanding of commercial
security systems and technology. Effective communication and
presentation skills. Strategic planning and analytical skills.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Certification in Sales Management (CSM) preferred. Training in
commercial security systems is an advantage.
