Job Description:
The Clinical Program Director Transplant Programs is accountable
for regulatory and accreditation preparedness for solid organ
transplant in the INWA Service Area. This position is accountable
for the outcomes of the Kidney and Heart Transplant programs to
ensure efficient, high quality, coordinated, patient focused care
across all settings. The Clinical Program Director builds
relationships resulting in compassionate care and committed teams
within the Transplant Programs and with all stakeholders. Work is
completed with a thorough understanding of and commitment to the
Providence Core Values and Leadership Model. The Clinical Program
Director will be an integral part of the Health Care Delivery team.
The Clinical Program Director will actively collaborate with other
INWA Divisions/Teams to achieve desired outcomes for the whole
organization. The position will make decisions effecting strategy,
implementation and management of resources in conjunction with
senior leadership. The Clinical Program Director Transplant
Programs will serve as a leader within the INWA Organ Transplant
Programs by promoting a professional practice environment that
enables the multidisciplinary team members to continuously provide
patient care excellence while enriching the patient experience and
bettering the entire transplant program. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Accountable for regulatory and accreditation preparedness for solid
organ transplant in the PHC Service Area. This position is
accountable for the outcomes of the Kidney and Heart Transplant
programs to ensure efficient, high quality, coordinated, patient
focused care across all settings. Responsible for building
relationships resulting in compassionate care and committed teams
within the Transplant Programs and with all stakeholders. Work is
completed with a thorough understanding of and commitment to the
Providence Core Values and Leadership Model. Perform as an integral
member of the Health Care Delivery team. Actively collaborate with
other INWA Divisions/Teams to achieve desired outcomes for the
whole organization. Make decisions affecting strategy,
implementation and management of resources. Serve as a leader
within the INWA Organ Transplant Programs by promoting a
professional practice environment that enables the
multidisciplinary team members to continuously provide patient care
excellence while enriching the patient experience and bettering the
entire transplant program. The Clinical Program Director Transplant
Programs will need significant leadership experience in solid organ
transplantation. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree in Health care,
business, economics or related field Masters Degree in Health care,
business, economics or related field 7 years of management or
administrative experience in Transplant programs (Kidney or Heart).
Preferably experience supporting Kidney and Heart Programs.
Experience working in an integrated health delivery network and
have in depth knowledge of healthcare business operations specific
to Transplant Services 7 years of solid financial background gained
through both operations and business planning experience Ability to
develop strong working relationships with physicians and other
health care professionals. Working knowledge of healthcare
reimbursement principles, information systems, cost management,
quality management, culture of excellence and change management.

$ 62.08 - $ 99.92 The amounts listed are the base pay range;
additional compensation may be available for this role, such as
shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra
shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
