Guide new clients through the entire sales and enrollment process for wireless services, ensuring accuracy and a smooth transition. Rapidly acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of all wireless campaign offerings, pricing structures, and promotional details to confidently answer client questions. Gather valuable real-time feedback from client interactions, contributing insights on market trends and consumer reactions to help refine outreach strategies. Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly new client acquisition targets, directly contributing to the growth and success of the wireless campaign.
